Timesheetmax is awesome. It is so easy to use, and when you hit a bump in the road, you can call them and every member of the staff does their very best to help you. Today, I was trying to add an employee and had some questions. I called and spoke with Joy, and she walked me through adding him and explained that his phone was not compatible with Timesheetmax and then showed me how to clock him in on my computer. She waited as I went through the entire process and made sure that it was working properly and that I knew how to clock him out.

My company is new to Timesheetmax. Employees have been very pleased with the ease of capturing and tracking their time. The company has been happy with the improved performance and cost savings. Timesheetmax is a great product. However, the best part about Timesheetmax is the customer support. After upgrading my computer, I could no longer sync QuickBooks to Timesheetmax. Devyn was able to guide me through how to re-establish the QuickBooks to TSheets web connection. Thanks.
