- Client Relationship Management:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and pain points.

- Account Planning and Project Management:Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Shape customer workflows by tailoring our SaaS solutions to their specific requirements.
- Sales Quota Management:Manage your sales quota by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Promote new software features and enhancements to existing clients.
- Reporting and Analysis:Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze account performance.
- Use data insights to drive decision-making and improve customer outcomes.
- Advocacy and Brand Building:Reduce friction for clients, build confidence in our solutions, and turn them into brand advocates.
- Ensure customer success stories are shared within the organization.
- Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate on customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in account management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
