Description

As a SaaS Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing long-term customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention, and maximizing revenue growth. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and pain points.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Account Planning and Project Management:Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Shape customer workflows by tailoring our SaaS solutions to their specific requirements.
  • Sales Quota Management:Manage your sales quota by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Promote new software features and enhancements to existing clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze account performance.
  • Use data insights to drive decision-making and improve customer outcomes.
  • Advocacy and Brand Building:Reduce friction for clients, build confidence in our solutions, and turn them into brand advocates.
  • Ensure customer success stories are shared within the organization.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate on customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in account management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
