Change employee’s job details.

Change employee’s job details.

Admins will be able to update the Job details.

  1. Sign in to your Workmax admin account.
  2. Go to the “People” section.
  3. Select the Employee
  4. Click the “Job & pay” tab.
  5. Click “Edit” in the “Job details” section.
  6. Edit the Job details.
    • Payroll ID
    • HMRC RTI ID (Changing the HMRC RTI ID will update the employee’s ID on the next pay run.)
    • Job title
    • Start date.
    • Department (Optional)
    • Location (Optional)
    • Manager (Optional)
    • Pay Calendar (Optional)

Workmax will update the employee’s job details.
