Admins will be able to update the Job details.
- Sign in to your Workmax admin account.
- Go to the “People” section.
- Select the Employee
- Click the “Job & pay” tab.
- Click “Edit” in the “Job details” section.
- Edit the Job details.

- Payroll ID
- HMRC RTI ID (Changing the HMRC RTI ID will update the employee’s ID on the next pay run.)
- Job title
- Start date.
- Department (Optional)
- Location (Optional)
- Manager (Optional)
- Pay Calendar (Optional)
Workmax will update the employee’s job details.
