Secure and highly reliable infrastructure
Workmax operates on Amazon Web Services technology, which is supported by AWS's 99.99% uptime service level agreements. This ensures that you can always access your data whenever you need.
Multiple firewalls
We have multiple layers of firewalls to control access. We use firewalls to restrict access and protect your data from unauthorized access. We also employ denial-of-service attack mitigation techniques to prevent unauthorized downtime. Our servers are only accessible to senior Workmax engineers, and we log and track all system access for auditing purposes. With a continuously patched operating system, you can be certain that the latest security patches are always applied.
High availability
Our server is designed for high availability to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Workmax is configured to handle various loads and failures with minimal or no downtime. In the event of an outage, automatic disaster recovery and business continuity processes kick in to restore the application and database. Our disaster recovery and business continuity processes undergo regular review, testing, and maintenance.
Backup and recoverability
We follow industry-standard best practices for safe backups and easy recoverability. Your data is stored on our secure data servers, rather than on your own computer. So if your PC, laptop, or tablet is stolen, you don’t need to worry about your HR data. Our servers are located within enterprise-grade hosting facilities. SSL encryption is required when connecting to them to ensure a high level of security and privacy. We also perform nightly backups of your data as well as pre-upgrade backups, and store these copies on two different server locations for extra peace of mind.
