  1. Introduction – Welcome to Workmax. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Workmax’s payroll services and any related services provided by Workmax.
  2. Acceptance of Terms – By accessing and using Workmax’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  3. Service Description – Workmax provides payroll processing services, including, but not limited to, wage calculation, tax withholdings, and payment disbursement.
  4. User Obligations – You agree to provide accurate and complete information as required for Workmax to perform the payroll services effectively.
  5. Payment – Fees for our services will be charged as per the pricing agreement established at the commencement of the contract.
  6. Limitation of Liability – Workmax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our services.
  7. Amendments to Terms – Workmax reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  8. Governing Law – These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Workmax operates.
