Add contact to the client.

  1. Sign into your account as a Workmax admin
  2. Go to the “Clients” section.
  3. Select client.
  4. Select the “Contacts” tab.
  5. Click the “New contact” button.
  6. Enter contact details.
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
    • Phone number (Optional)
  1. Click the “Save” button.

 

Workmax will send an email to invite contacts to onboard onto the system.

 

Contacts can view timesheets, approve timesheets, reject timesheets, view expenses, approve expenses, reject expenses, view time off requests, approve time off requests and reject time off requests.
