Change employee’s tax details.

Admins will be able to edit the tax details.

  1. Sign in to your Workmax admin account.
  2. Go to the “People” section.
  3. Select the Employee
  4. Click the “Job & pay” tab.
  5. Click “Edit” in the “Tax details” section.
  6. Edit the Tax details.
    • National insurance number
    • Tax code
    • Cumulative tax code
    • National insurance letter
    • Previous total pay (Optional)
    • Previous tax paid (Optional)
    • Director (Optional)
    • Off-payroll worker (Optional)
    • Irregular payment pattern (Optional)
  • Student loan plan (Optional)

Workmax will update the employee’s tax details.
