Record maternity leave

Workmax allows employees to book maternity leave.

  1. Sign into your account as a Workmax employee, contractor, or manager.
  2. Go to the “Time offs & Policies” section.
  3. Select a “Maternity time off”
  4. Click the “Request time off” button.
  5. Enter maternity leave details.
  • Expected date of birth
  • Proof of pregnancy (Maternity Certificate, Doctors Letter, Other)
  • Maternity start date
  1. Click the “Send request” button.

 

Workmax will send a request to the HR admin to approve.
