Pricing is a £25 monthly platform fee plus a per-seat charge for each module you enable. Care & EVV is £5 per active user per month, HR is £3 per active user per month, and Payroll, Scheduling, Time Tracking, and Expenses are each £2 per active user per month. All prices exclude VAT.

No. Workmax is built especially well for care operations, but any UK business can use the payroll, HR, time tracking, holidays, scheduling and expenses modules. Care providers can add Care & EVV for visit verification, care tasks and care records.

Yes! Annual billing gives you 15 percent off and you can switch at any time. If you upgrade from monthly to annual, we will pro-rate your remaining balance.

You are charged for active users. Add someone mid-month and the charge is pro-rated from their start date. Deactivate a staff member and they will not count toward your next bill.

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period on the 6th of the month for monthly plans.

No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

No. What you see is what you pay. All prices exclude VAT at the standard 20 percent UK rate. There are no setup fees, per-payrun charges, or per-visit charges for Care & EVV users.
