Our pricing is simple - a £25 monthly platform fee plus a per-employee charge for each module you select. You only pay for active employees and the tools you actually use. For example, with 10 employees using the HR (£3/user) and Payroll (£2/user) modules, you would pay a £25 platform fee plus £50 for modules, totaling £75 per month excluding VAT.
Yes! Annual billing gives you 15 percent off and you can switch at any time. If you upgrade from monthly to annual, we will pro-rate your remaining balance.
You are only charged for active employees. Add someone mid-month and we will pro-rate from their start date. Deactivate an employee and they will not count toward your next bill. It is completely flexible.
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period on the 6th of the month for monthly plans.
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
