Absolutely. Most of our customers switch mid-year. We import your year-to-date (YTD) figures so that your tax and NI calculations remain accurate and your year-end P60s are complete.
Timing depends on the source system, record quality, payroll history and implementation scope. After reviewing those inputs, we provide a migration plan with validation and parallel-run steps where appropriate.
We can assess exports from systems including Sage, Xero, BrightPay, Moneysoft, IRIS and spreadsheets. We confirm the supported fields, history and any manual preparation after reviewing a sample export.
Migration support is included in our standard setup for most plans. For very large or complex organizations, we offer bespoke implementation packages.
